Kingsland Wine and Spirits Prowein Stand M50, Hall 6

Kingsland Wines and Spirits, one of the largest importers of New World wines in Europe, will again be present at Prowein in Dusseldorf. This will be the third year that Kingsland has exhibited at Prowein, and confirms their growing position in Europe, and highlights Kingsland’s strength as Kings of the New World.

Kingsland is now supplying a range of New World wines into Central Europe and Scandinavia from its portfolio of wine brands from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile and USA. A network of importers have been developed in each country, and the Kingsland team work closely with these partners to develop the right wines for each market.

New business gained this year has seen Kingsland brands being sold into the Polish market, a fast growing market for New World wines, and the countries that Kingsland is targeting this year include Russia and the Czech Republic.

Kingsland will also be showing the new 300gm glass bottle, the lightest glass bottle available for wine. The bottle is a significant step change from conventional bottles with nearly a 30% saving in glass, adding a huge environmental benefit.

Prowein in Dusseldorf is the largest annual wine fair in Europe and takes place from Sunday March 21st to Tuesday March 23rd 2010.
