Would you like to know more about wine?
This section is dedicated to helping those who enjoy and wish to know a little more about wine so that they can make the wine experience more pleasureable and fulfilling for both themselves and their friends. Thus we aim to give sound advice on storing, serving, tasting and matching wine to food as well as making you aware of any faults that a wine might have.
However should you wish to take your wine knowledge to a more advanced level then we would suggest that you contact Jane Skilton MW at The New Zealand Institute of Wine Education. They have courses for everyone from the interested consumer to the dedicated industry professional. Who knows - you could even end up becoming a Master of Wine and having MW after your name like Jane.
